Flask Flask of the Blood Knights Haste. The best flask for Fire.
Combat potion Light's Potential Raises your Intellect for 30 seconds. Use it with your big cooldowns.
Health potion Concentrated Silvermoon Health Potion Healing in combat. It doesn't share a cooldown with Healthstones, so you can use both.
Food Silvermoon Parade A group feast. On your own, eat Royal Roast instead.
Augment rune Void-Touched Augment Rune Raises your Intellect. It's expensive and is lost when you die, so save it for progression.
Weapon oil Thalassian Phoenix Oil Lasts an hour. Reapply it after it wears off.

Head
Raises Speed.
Shoulders
Raises Speed, so you move faster.
Chest
Raises your primary stat.
Legs
Raises Intellect and Stamina.
Feet
Raises Speed and Stamina.
Both rings
Your critical strikes deal more damage and healing.
Main hand
Your spells and abilities can grant Might of the Void, raising your primary stat for a short time.

First socket
Raises your primary stat.
With 5 or more sockets, switch to Powerful Eversong Diamond and use one gem of each color.
Every other socket
Raises Haste and Versatility.
